Delete Your ScribeFlow Account
You can request deletion of your ScribeFlow account and associated backend data at any time.
In-app option
If you still have access to the app, you can delete your account directly inside ScribeFlow using the in-app Delete Account option.
Email request option
If you cannot access the app, you may request account deletion by contacting:
Please include the email address or sign-in method associated with your account so we can identify the correct account.
What is deleted
- Account data
- Uploaded media
- Transcripts
- Minute and quota state
- Premium and top-up state
App-store purchase history may remain with the relevant store provider, such as Google Play or Apple, as required by their own systems and recordkeeping policies.
If your request requires recent re-authentication for security reasons, you may be asked to sign in again before deletion can be completed.
