Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ScribeFlow mobile application and related services (the "Service"), operated by SEDO ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
1. Description of the Service
ScribeFlow is an AI-powered transcription service that converts uploaded audio and video recordings into text transcripts.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. If you are under the legal age in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the consent of your parent or legal guardian.
3. Accounts and Registration
Some features may require creating an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service only in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You must not upload, process, or transcribe any content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, hateful, defamatory, obscene, or that violates the rights or privacy of others.
You must have the legal right to record, upload, and transcribe any audio or video content submitted to the Service.
You are solely responsible for any content you upload and process using the Service.
Uploaded audio and video content may be processed through backend infrastructure operated by us and through trusted third-party AI transcription providers solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
5. Plans and Usage Limits
The Service may provide different plans, such as Free and PRO. Plans may include different transcription minute allowances, feature limits, and access levels. Transcription minutes may reset periodically depending on the plan.
6. Additional Minutes and Top-Ups
If enabled in a particular build, distribution channel, or future version of the Service, users may be able to obtain additional transcription minutes or top-up balances. Where available, such minutes are used according to the applicable plan rules after included plan allowances are exhausted.
7. Payments and Billing
If subscriptions or in-app purchases are made available, payments will be processed through the applicable app store platform. Billing cycles, renewal terms, cancellations, and refund policies may be governed by Google Play or the Apple App Store, as applicable.
8. AI Transcription Disclaimer
ScribeFlow uses automated artificial intelligence to transcribe audio and video content. Transcription results may contain errors. We do not guarantee accuracy or completeness of transcriptions.
You agree not to rely on the Service for legal, medical, financial, or other professional purposes without independent verification.
You remain responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of any transcription, summary, translation, or other generated result before using, sharing, or relying on it.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights related to the Service, including software, user interface, design, logos, and branding (excluding user-uploaded content), belong to SEDO or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without prior written permission.
SEDO may modify plans, pricing, available features, and usage limits from time to time with reasonable notice.
10. Termination
SEDO reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately end.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the Service.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SEDO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
13. Data Protection (KVKK)
We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). For more information on how we collect, use, and protect your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after any changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.
